Shipping policy

Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or theft. Consumer will be responsible to contact the delivery provider for any disputes for damages.

If you make an error on the shipping address and need to correct it. You can send an email to sharon@sassysharonsdesigns.com or call 813-368-2330 to request correction. If you do not receive confirmation via email or phone that the order was fixed we are not responsible.
